1. The service
TechTags provides browser-based PDF tools. Most are free with no account required; some limits (file size, jobs per hour) are higher for Premium subscribers. We may add, change, or retire individual tools over time.
2. Your account
If you register, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address, since it's used for password resets and account notices.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload content you don't have the legal right to process; use the service to violate any law; attempt to bypass rate limits, file-size limits, or other technical restrictions; or interfere with the service's normal operation (including automated abuse of the tools). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Your files
You retain all rights to the files you upload. We don't claim any ownership over them, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — they're deleted automatically after processing.
5. Tool limitations
Several tools have specific, disclosed limitations — for example, Redact PDF covers content visually rather than removing it, and Compress PDF achieves modest rather than dramatic size reductions. These are described on each tool's own page and in our Disclaimer. You're responsible for verifying a tool's output meets your needs before relying on it.
6. Premium subscriptions
Premium is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account's Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled [describe your refund policy].
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tool's output will be fit for your particular purpose — see our Disclaimer for details.
8. Limitation of liability
